Made with the highest quality imported Belgian Callebaut Fair Trade couverture*, robyn rowe chocolates are deliciously smooth, glossy and creamy.
Hand crafted in Murrumbateman, NSW using traditional European methods these moreish delicacies are filled with only the freshest ingredients and contain no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Our selection is inspired by the fresh produce abundant in the Canberra region - like honey, walnuts (from our own tree) and locally-grown and bottled Clonakilla muscat.
You can also choose from flavours including ginger, peppermint, caramel, hazelnut praline, vanilla and espresso or sample something a little different like our jasmine green tea, cherry port, Frangellico or Irish Cream varieties.
Aromatique Poire, (Pear), and Coconut Lime Zing, (both have 'Wow' Flavours)

*Couverture is chocolate with more than 31% cocoa mass (cocoa and cocoa butter). The Callebaut couverture we use contains 33.6% cocoa mass in the milk chocolate and 53.8% cocoa mass in the dark chocolate.
*We are now officially registered as Fair Trade. This means that Callebaut guarantee the growers get a fair price for their cocoa beans and no slave labour is used on these farms in Ghana where our chocolate comes from.
